Subway - Baldwinsville

I would recommend trying the Italian BMT sub at this restaurant!

My son loves Subway. Good place for Fast Food Subs if that's your thing. The women working in Baldwinsville deserve a medal. They are very efficient and polite.

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and attentive, which reflects good management. However, I have noticed inconsistencies in pricing at this specific location. I have been overcharged on several occasions, such as being charged full price for subs that are on sale, and being charged extra for different types of meats or cheese. Despite these issues, I am happy with the food and cleanliness of this Subway location. I have tried to inform corporate about the situation, but received a generic response. I hope that the manager can address these issues to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Arianna made our experience at this location amazing! She prepared delicious sandwiches and was very friendly. Excellent customer service! We will definitely be returning soon!
