The Suds Factory River Grill

The place itself was all around pretty nice. When the food came out mine was warm not steaming like it should be. And I had a sprite or what ever they serve but it was the best tasting I have had in years. Not sure is it was new or clean lines but itdidn't have that musty flavor to it.

Anyone that knows me, knows that I like to support independent places as much as I can. We had a party of 9 people (4 adults and 5 kids) that stopped here before we went to the parade of lights. As soon as we sat down you could tell the waitress wasannoyed with us, not sure why because there was only one other family in the restaurant. We placed our order and when the foodcame out, we were missing two dinners. The waitress said the fryer was backed up, she just forgot to put the orders in. Afterwaiting another 20 minutes for the meals that were missing, the well done burger my son ordered was totally raw and was bleedingall over the bun and plate. I asked to have it removed from my bill, which they did but never heard a sorry from our waitress orowner who was standing right at the bar. We will not go back to this establishment.

Food was lacking seasoning and took forever when there were only 4 tables around. There?s a fee if you use a card and it?s not explicit on your bill never seen this in the industry before. Wait staff was friendly but also didn?t have positive things tosay about the food or the fee. Gets traffic because of location and views from the patio but it?s not worth it grab somethingand have a picnic somewhere

The food was Delicious.. I'm definitely going back..

We went to have dinner for 3. The view was beautiful of the water. The service was great. We all ordered different items from the menu and we all really liked our food. There was live music which added nicely to our evening.
