Gino Joe's - Baldwinsville

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I absolutely would! We ordered a garlic and broccoli pizza and an antipasto salad. The pizza was undercooked, and when I picked it up, everything fell off. I went back to confront the owner, but instead, I was met with a sour attitude from the staff. When I asked for help, they said the delivery driver had the reception (even though he was right there and claimed he was getting something from his car). The owner simply handed me $25 and said to keep the food, even though I had spent nearly $40 on the meal. I made sure to get some compensation. He was dishonest with me, and honestly, it felt like they were just trying to get rid of me. I will never return here again—there are far too many places in the city with better food!

The hot sauce on my chicken wings has a distinct flavor, but it's just regular wing sauce. The pizza was decent, and I've enjoyed the IPA. However, the tables needed to be cleaned.

Really hate to say this . My family has been a customer for 50 years. Gino in joes you really are declining. You were the best In the business! You're skimping on your calzone . Smaller and barely any meat. I know i was charged extra for the meat . I recieved cold fries . Ordered a Steak and cheese grease wasn't drained . Nasty soggy bun. Not the first time. I think this is a combo of taking to long to deliver and trying to save money .We don't see it getting much better. You all need to train the young people there. They are going to hurt the business. To many pizza places in Baldwinsville for this to even be a issue. UNSATISFIED

I'm sick and tired of this place screwing my order up! This is literally the 8th time in a row! Tonight- ordered pizza it was fine. Ordered dozen wings,extra sauce on the wings and extra blur cheese. Got 6 garlic parm, 6 med. They were mild NO extra sauce. No extra blue cheese. I hate garlic parm! Called to talk to someone. He was so rude! Said he had to wait to talk to delivery driver. Seriously, what the hell is that gonna do? Never again will you have the opportunity to have my money. Anyone I talk to will know!

So Gino Joe's has been my go-to for take out in B'ville. Sometimes it is hit and miss and I usually let it go, but tonight's order was unacceptable. I ordered a Chicken Parm dinner. The dinner consists of 90% pasta, and a tiny, very thin piece of chicken that was very tough to eat, as it was way over cooked. As you can see in the photos, it's mostly pasta, the tiny thin piece of chicken, and all the breading and cheese from the chicken. I use to order a LOT from them, but I don't think I'll be ordering anything else again from them. I've gotten Chicken Parm dinners from other locations that are way better in quality, quantity and value. I am not sure what's going on with with their hit and misses, but this is a miss that I won't be missing anymore, nor will I recommend Gino Joe's to anyone else.
