Dough Boy's Pizzeria - Baldwinsville

Last time I'm ordering from them, and it's a shame, the pizza is good. Ordered 2 hours before they closed, they gave a 90 minute eta on slice. Once the 90 minutes came and went, slice reached out and dough boys said it would take another 15 minutes. 25 minutes came and went and slice had to offer a refund because they couldn't get a hold of the restaurant. They never showed up, never called, and even refused a discount because they gave a 90 minute eta so i should have been prepared ? Never had a pizza place never deliver food and not even call to say they didn't have the time TWO HOURS before close.

When I pass through Baldwinsville mainly to see my mom, I like to get a B’ville pizza. I’m from Bville and the pizza industry was always extremely cut throat when I was a kid. Is there any pizza place in Syracuse better than this? There may be a few places that come close, but add in the A+ health ratings and there really isn’t any other place you should be buying your pizza. Owner is always there making pizzas himself!

We’ve been coming up here the last three summers and are always trying new pizza places to see if we can find a favorite. We found a couple that are pretty good, but nothing that we can say is excellent Just try doughboys for the first time and it definitely made our ‘excellent’ list. Crispy crust the way we liked it… and the way we ordered it. Sauce and cheese were awesome! Very tasty and my husband and I were both super pleased! Can’t wait to try other items on the menu! Oh, and the owner, Joe is such a nice guy! You can tell he is so proud of his place and the product he turns out… As he should be !
