Rally's - Baldwin Park

I really doubt I will ever go back to this joint. I have complained before and seems nothing has changed. They have AMAZING fries, what a shame their service doesn't match it.I went in today prior to noon, The lady at the register didn't exactly ask if i needed help. So i proceeded with yes I would like to order.The card machine was turned off, so the lady at the back handling the food came over to try and assist. She was not wearing gloves, and was handling the register. When she went back she did not wash her hands and proceeded to handle the food. The lady at the register however , walked behind to help with packing the food and she put gloves on even though she didnt actually touch any of the food, from what i seen. SUPER disgusting, i will not be returning to this location. Management NEEDS to implement Safety guidelines. I am not sure how they are still in business.

What a great way to end our long weekend. On our way home (Victorville) decided to stop by for something to eat got the best customer service by their cashier Martin. Great guy with a great personality so considerate . Definitely will be going back, recommending to all our friends family for a great bite to eat on top of some of the best customer service. Mistake was made on my order.. when I asked them to correct it the woman in the drive thru said she didn’t know how ….. when I asked for a manager or someone else she said no one else could help.. she was very friendly to begin with but once the mistake was pointed out, I was shut down and just told she didn’t know how .. perhaps she didn’t know, can we can give the employees alittle more training before leaving them without a manager ?

Rally's is one of those regional fast food chains that you'd like to try if you ever visit X State, so I was so surprised to see one in LA! Fries-seasoned and they stay crispy even when they've cooled, such a plus. Burger- tasty and includes a slice of onion, just the way I like them.Funnel Cake Fries-I was so excited about this and it satisfied my craving! only thing is that I wished the powdered sugar was dusted evenly when it seemed like the person dusted them after sliding them in the container.Strawberry Softserve-this was the biggest surprise off all, personally. It had such a nice texture and it wasn't too sweet! Fast food is known for overly sweet dessert offerings and I was so surprised. I actually crave it and IMO it's better than that place owned by that clown(machine never works, anyways).
