Shogun Palace - Bakersfield

I want to reserve a table here. I called and made a reservation for 7:30 and was called and asked if we can change our reservation by 6 and I explained that we have already adjusted our timetable to the facility at the desired time that was 7:30. but still we agreed on the change of our planned visit of 19 o'clock. I called on our other guests to reconcile the timetable there to arrive in time, and was called again and asked to change my reservation to 6:30. I don't know if this device thinks that I have all the time in the world but receiving multiple calls to reschedule is absolutely ridiculous, thank you for ruining the optimism excitement we wanted to visit this restaurant. do not make a reservation here unless you want to be called several times to change your reservation. very unprofessional termination I was also told several times not to be too late as if I did not get the message the first 2 times I was called to change my reservation time.

Eat was good, but we went there to my husband's birthday, and the cook asked if he wanted a Saki bomb for his birthday. my man said yes and asked if he had one too, and he said yes. quickly before the bill and we were charged for it and the chefs saki bombe? I don't care, but they could have told us we paid for it. we asked for him and they smiled simply and said: “Oh yes, you paid for it.” They also saw my father coming in law with a gift and offered to put it behind the cash, as we wanted us to grab for the bag and it sat directly on the bar for someone. only these 2 situations will not let my family come back here again. tokyo garden is better

Had such a wonderful time with family and friends there. our food preparation was excellent and put on a big snuck!

Nice place eating tasty big is just grabbing that we had wait 30-40 min b4 sitting atn even tho we had a reservation

Had a great dinner there the vampire sushi was killer and so was the steak. I chef was dope his name was Christian I think.
