Santa Barbara Pizza Chicken

I believe this company is locally owned and has the best pizza I have eaten in town. I ordered their Tidal Wave pizza along with and 8 piece chicken and wedges. The pizza was not only delicious but it looked beautiful. The chicken was outstanding....cooked perfectly. I ordered my dinner at 6:30 and my delivery driver arrived in 25 minutes. That is impressive service. Be sure to give them a call. Also, my brother ordered from their North Chester store 399-2020 and says hands down they are the best in town.

I just called and the person said we only deliver to residents, we don't deliver to semi trucks that I don't understand why they don't deliver to truckers, I wonder how they get their products delivered to them, they are the only pizza delivery that denies truck drivers, very annoying, wow they lost just a customer

I called to talk to the manager after asking for a manager, a female employee said no one is in me and hanged me. Incredibly rude. After retrieval, the employees never answered twice.

I ordered pizza, chicken and wedges on Christmas Eve. It took an hour and 45 minutes to deliver. I was completely clear. Taped $24 to the driver as it was Christmas Eve and they made it happen. I called back tonight and they said our address is not in their delivery area. They refused to deliver and hang on me. I tried to call back and thought it was an accident and they wouldn't answer the phone. The General Manager was rude and I just don't understand why it had to be. We had no problem waiting for almost 2 hours and then very well tilted. The house is 4 miles from its location. Very disappointed!
