Los Hermanos Restaurants - Bakersfield

The service was horrible, we had to place our order 3 times to get all our food. The last plate was me after my 2 boys got there dinner, we were wondering where the rest was. Come to find out they didn't charge or place the order, so we did that.. Then they serve one more plate and said we didn't pay for 2, so we paid for another and finally got it... Spoke with manager who could care less about the service. Most restaurants would have offered a free desert or something for inconvenience. I asked for owners name and they laughed at me. The guy who made the mistake offered to buy my dinner after he got off work.... but I was so pissed at this place I couldn't see straight. Customer service was lousy.

If you are on a budget and looking for high quality cheap eats or a party platter, this is your restaurant. Food tastes great, and there is an option for salsa bar.

I had a meeting in Bakersfield Ca. We went to lunch. Mexican was the choice. This is a simple place and I can see where travelers might pass this place up. One of our members new the place. Authentic Mexican Food. Order at the counter. Service is quick especially if you need a quick lunch. Price is good. I had a beef taco and chicken enchilada with rice and beans. Tea to drink. $10.75. My business associates were both Hispanic and they also enjoyed their meal. Nothing better than authentic Mexican Food and a great price. Stop by and try it. Sorry no pictures on this one. Los Hermanos is a chain of restaurants. Of the 3 I've patronized, this one on Rosedale is head and shoulders better than the other two. The one on Calloway just closed down (I ate there once, and never again). The one on White lane was good but it's a distance for us. Luckily the best one is near us on Rosedale hwy. For a fast-food style restaurant they've got pretty darn good food.

Don't expect much. It's just basic Mexican fast food which in our opinion could be much better. Not expensive so ....
