Frugatti's Italian Eatery - Bakersfield

Among all the Rosa family restaurants, including Pismo, there seems to be something off. They need to return to the basics, like Joseph's, where you can find good food at a good price without the pretentious staff. You're not Demaggios in Hollywood!

Our server Laura was friendly and exceptional, really attentive to our needs. The Spinach Manicotti I ordered was the best meal I’ve ever had here—super cheesy with a delightful mix of red and Alfredo sauce. However, the front receptionist seemed unsure about how to locate our reservation.

What a nice place? You could never expected. But it's old time Italian restaurant. It has its own wine cellar. Food was excellent and plenty of it. Waitress was very helpful.I will certainly go back again.When in bakersfield

This was my first experience at Frugatti's. We had a birthday Dinner for a 96 year old It was awesome!

10/10 would recommend. Service, food, atmosphere 10 outta 10. Our server was Ali and even though the place was packed he never missed a beat.. cheese.. water:.. refills… recommendations he was amazing. Thank you for the amazing dining experience!
