Dutch Bros Coffee - Bakersfield

Amazing customer service! I really appreciate the two-lane drive-thru, especially since the walk-up order window was closed. There were four employees, all fantastic, taking orders and chatting with customers as every Dutch Bros should. The line was long, but they handled it efficiently, getting everyone through quickly. I've waited 11 years for Dutch Bros to come to Bakersfield, and this experience did NOT let me down. It's absolutely worth driving across town for a taste of paradise. They are doing a fantastic job even though they just opened. I'm incredibly excited! Dutch Mafia for life!

The customer service here is fantastic! However, as an experienced Dutch Bros. Coffee enthusiast, I feel this location needs to work on its flavor. I’ve tried two different flavored coffees, and while they were strong, they weren't sweet. It felt like I was drinking the same thing both times, and neither had anything unique about it. At other well-established locations, I've noticed a distinct difference in taste with each drink I ordered. Please improve the flavor!

Dutch Bros in Bakersfield, CA, has been a refreshing addition to the coffee scene, especially since there haven't been many good options lately. I can confidently say that the 15-minute drive and 20-minute wait were absolutely worth it. The customer service here exceeds five stars; the staff are so friendly that you quickly forget about the wait. When it comes to coffee and flavors, the selection is fantastic and makes it difficult to pick just one. If you’re passing through Bakersfield, I highly recommend stopping in to say hi to the wonderful team at Dutch Bros and grabbing a coffee or two!

I waited for a few months to try them because the line has always been insane. It was still very long when I went but I was in the area and it was my son's 16th birthday and I wanted to get him a special drink so I decided to give Dutch Bros a try and I am glad I did. There are two lines and when they are busy they have employees taking your order directly from your window. I interacted with 3 people and they were all very nice and efficient. I ordered a blended German chocolate mocha and a ninja all loaded up with whipped cream chocolate syrup and chocolate sprinkles. When the woman at the window found out it was my son's birthday she asked what drink was his and then made his drink even more special by putting some confetti in a separate cup and then placing the full cup into that cup and it made it look really festive and special. I really appreciated the extra effort. As far as taste it goes, I really liked my German chocolate and my son enjoyed his Ninja. Usually I go to The Filling Station downtown or Starbucks and I can say that I think that the drinks I had at Dutch Brothers taste better then what I get at Starbucks. I still really like The Filling Station but Dutch Bros has some good drinks so when I'm on that side of town I'll definitely stop by again and if you have some time to wait, it is worth the wait. Their prices are on par with other coffee places. Before you go look up their menu on your phone because you'll see a bigger menu then what is on their board when you go in the Drive-Thru.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! Everyone is soooo friendly and the line goes quickly. My order is always correct and delicious! When I bring my doggies they show them so much attention, its the cutest thing EVER! :
