Chili's Grill - Bakersfield

My husband and I are avid Chilis customers. Always have a great time and a great meal when we go to any Chilis. However, we came to this specific one on a day when they were understaffed and short by a server or two. We heard someone no call no showed. Anywho, Dani was at reception and she was amazing. She kept us informed of the situation at hand and made sure to let us know we hadn’t been forgotten about. We waited longer than normal but didn’t mind it due to Dani being so helpful and informative and extremely apologetic even though it wasn’t any fault of her own. She seated us, and shortly after, my husband and I saw her bussing tables and helping everywhere she was needed. What incredible work ethic Dani!! Thank you for all of your help in making this an awesome Chilis experience even when the odds were definitely against it. Chilis is lucky to have you Dani. May God bless you and give you more. Hard work is the key to success.

The food was delicious. We had Joseph as our server, and he did an excellent job.

Friendly service and fresh food. Bathroom toilet was nasty

Always good. Never had a problem, 3 for $10 ???????? 4.18.21 Sauces for dish wasn't right this time. Other than that, it was okay. 6.29.21 3 for $10, Chicken sandwich 9.15.21 Lunch deal (chicken chipotle fresh Mex bowl) 10.2.21 3 for $10(chicken ranchero tacos) 12.31.21 Mango habanero chicken crispers was good. Didn't have any chips today, but got thesouthwest chicken soup ????????, not keen on the drink (half tea, half lemonade), other than that, we're good. 8.2.22 y'allreally expect me to eat this wilted salad. Do better, please!
