Kfc - Baker

I always stop here on the way to or from LA. Wife goes to Fat burger and I always go to KFC. Always fresh, people are always nice (even when the other customers aren't). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The WORST MANAGER named Enrique handled a situation horribly. I had to call the police on a man who accused me of being drunk after hit my car with his door on purpose This man ran inside yelling and screaming profanity. Instead of coming to my aid the manager name Enrique tells his staff to take a picture of my License plate. Instead of calling the police like I asked them to, the denied to call and I had to borrow a cell phone because they refused. This man that accused me of being drunk slammed his door into my car. This whole started because of a parking spot that apparently wasn’t one. They’re was no sign stating not to park. I was harassed and even my girlfriend went inside the store, the man that was out of control tried to grab my girlfriend and assault her. This manager DIS NOTHING AT ALL. I Expect a response back from this gas station. If not I will be following up with the generaL manager by the end of this week. Worst way to handle this type of problem. In fact FIX YOUR PARKING. They’re is clearly no sign. Shame on you Enrique. SHAME ON YOU. Disrespectful, and no consideration. Just plain unprofessional. This is the type of management chevron stands for?

This restaurant is my favorite restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this restaurant. when I I need a special meal, this place comes right away to my mind. superb and all sorts of food and a large menu.trained crew, and nice ambience. Not less important, the charge is fair. I sent my friends to this place with pleasure.

Horrendous place and a horrible employee. Other than the food being a 5/10 The lady working the cashier seemed like she was working with an attitude. While lots of people were arriving they decided to close 15 minutes early, what an idiotic move, I was ready to order about $100 worth of food for my friends and family. Very disillusioned with the customer service.

This place is horrible, chicken was disgusting and very small. The batter wasn't even cooked thru and on top of it it's way over priced for a KFC. I literally had to throw it away. The workers are not happy to be there. I just cannot emphasize enough that you just need to go eat the hot dog from the gas station instead of buying food here. I know I know it's harsh but that's my honest opinion.
