Coffee passable. Cakes, biscuits looked inviting enough but on consuming were found to be stale. Outdoor eating area pleasant enough

This place looks charming but it was frustrating. It is very rare to find a cafe in Australia that sells coffee but has no proper machine. The filter coffee tasted like gravy. Obviously been standing for several hours. The cakes look great but are pretty 'heavy'. Mainly, if you don't have a toilet, it's good to be able to tell customers where the nearest one actually is rather than send them on a 15 minute chase in the wrong direction. They are in the middle section of the Main Street near the huge bandstand by the way.

We have used Jemma-Louise cakes for our wedding and again for both of our birthdays and will definitely be using them again for any of our cake needs. high quality cakes that taste amazing and and blow everyone away.

We've been enjoying Jemma-Louise's perfectly baked cupcakes in local Bairnsdale cafes, and admiring her cakes (which are works of art!) for many years. We're thrilled that she has now opened her own little tearoom/bakery in the heart of Bairnsdale and brightened up Campbell's Arcade with her delightfully decorated shop. She has even done up a picture perfect retro caravan that she takes to markets and private events.But most importantly, her cakes, biscuits and treats not only look fabulous , but they taste divine too.
