Stopped with my family after hunting for a Christmas tree The waitress Jess was excellent, super sweet! The food itself was delicious and the cook was super friendly as he even came out and chatted with us before he left. felt like being a family friend

When you go in, it feels like home and everyone is happy to see you! Chip, the owner is just the kindest guy and really visits every table (if he is there) to see how your thinning experience goes. You go there and feel like a family. The food is on earth, cooked as at home and so delicious! The best in our opinion is the 'Long Horn Burger'... with green chili, onions and cheese ~ a huge meal!

I already had burgers and they were good, but the chopped Sirloin Steak must be the most unique and beautifully designed steak I ever had. The way it falls so perfectly in the mouth is almost as if it were ground beef. Nice steak I couldn't imagine if they put rolls down and up. Cutthroat Café more like Cutthroat Stakehouse!! Everybody gets the Sirloin chopped Steak!

Great cafe. You do it right, great prices, good portion and SUPER FRIENDLY employees. A few months ago moved to Bailey, did not know that they were open for dinner, glad that we decided to stop and see. Come back!

Stopped in after our home inspection in the area : . This place has true home cookin! In fact, I was told that all their recipes are lovingly handed down from the owner’s mom! Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy was delicious. From scratch noodles in the chicken soup too! Awesome service. Friendly diner that feels like stepping back in time, where the food and the people are truly real.... definitely a gem. Can’t wait to try their breakfast next time.
