La Voce Del Mare - Azzate

As Varese is near to sea and lakes so we wanted to try sea food. Obviously cooked sea food. So we asked our friend Carlo to drop us in a sea food restaurant. It was nice looking, well decorated old restaurant. We order sea cooked fish, Octopus. It was awesome. I was not sure it was HALAL or not but it was tasty. If you aware of HALAL then please be sure before have it. We tried rice as well. You can try various type of fish.

We didn't read the trip advisor reviews before coming; if We had done I might not be writing this review as they were hit and miss. However, I was quite impressed by the food and service. The Milanese risotto al porcine was quite delicious and among the best dishes I have had recently. The pailard/ cottaleeta alla Milanese were huge almost covering the plate! The portions were very generous. Service was good and we were pleasantly surprised.

This restaurant is an absolute gem! It was recommended by the people at our bed and breakfast. In a three night visit to Varese (brunello we visited twice because they made us feel comfortable by providing amazing service, an English menu and a constant smile. The only thing better than the service is the food! Bruschetta is to die for, the pastas are rich and creamy (salmon penne is a must! as travelers on a budget it is nice to be at a restaurant that doesn't rip you off! Cheers! We'll definitely be back if we ever come back to Varese, to fellow travelers, do yourself a favor and Have dinner here!

Che dire, se è pizza o antipasto fino al primo, secondi e la qualità dolce è super. la disponibilità e la cortesia dei proprietari e del personale è assoluta. raccomandato
