I wanted to taste a panettone worthy of being in the circle of the exclusive ones and honor this solemn feast of Christmas; I was advised to address myself to albino pastry and so I did. I have to say I've got the target. I found it very soft, digestible and greedy. I recommend it. I also informed myself of the name of the pastry chef who created it, gabriele the pastry chef, to whom I say good, indeed BRAVISSIMO!
