Bagel Chalet - Avon

Went in to pick up a few bagels at 12:15 pm and there was barely that. No plain, no egg, no selection besides a few stragglers. Was told we close at 1:00 pm. I 'm thinking that 's 45 minutes away and it 's lunch time. Really? I tried to pay for the 3 bagels, about $6 and was gruffly told about the $7 minimum to use a card. I guess I missed the paper by the register saying that when I walked in. Luckily I was able to raid my change dish in the car and get out of there without any further snide remarks from the person behind the counter. Don 't need an attitude with my picked over bagels because you want to sell out and have no leftovers. Nope!

My wife and I love coming here! Great customer service, great bagels, great owners. Always delicious! Some of the best Bacon Scallion Cream Cheese I've ever had. I'd post a picture, but I ate it too fast :

Walked in happy and walked out empty handed and bitter This is not communist russia or china. Why are you rationing/limiting how many bagels you can sell to customers? Your limit is 12 and you could not throw in an additional 3-4 more bagels for once? Are you selling elixir of life? I was asked to bring 15-20 bagels to the office 3 times a week. I doubt you care, but you just lost a big order.

My friend Angelina took me here this afternoon and I have to say this place was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was great! All the girls that were working were very nice and the place itself was super cute!! #yummy
