The friends of Avignonnais recommended this traditional bakery to me and I can say that I was not disappointed with the trip during my visit to the city of the Popes! Excellent quality and wide choice of traditional breads. We can guess all the craftsmanship and professional seriousness behind this taste of leaven that offers us extraordinary pleasure, not only gustative but also olfactory and visual. Beyond the traditional bread offer, the new owner has committed to an offer of excellence around fine pastry and chocolate that can only satisfy demanding customers. Bravo to the whole team. It is recommended here the sacristine but the other Viennese are also good, the prices are on average. The big apartment in this store is the slowness of people at the counter. It is clear that the team changes very often because the caissières have the greatest difficulty in calculating the rendering and typing orders to print the receipt, a sign that they are not accustomed to. If you're not in a hurry, it's a good place to start the day.

Without knowing Avignon, I fell on this bakery a little by chance... what a chance! Bread, sandwiches, desserts! Everything was exquisite! A great bravo to these craftsmen who keep the passion of living good bread!

I went to three maison violet in avignon and none of them had vegan baked. Apparently they only make a few vegan croissants in the morning. what a disappointment. other than the brot is good
