Sushi Hub - AVALON BEACH

On our recent visit to Sydney we just felt like quality sushi. This place was a pleasant walk from our hotel. Great selection at decent prices. We chose a good selection and then returned to our hotel room to enjoy. Very fresh and very tasty. Prices were good! What took our breathe away was the wasabi. What they provided was not your standard horseradish masquerading as wasabi but the real deal. Anyway, very tasty meal indeed! Hope the others in this chain are as quality and fresh as here.

This was our second experience at a sushi hub and we enjoyed our sushi again. The quality was the same as the other store on Swanston Street. The prices are reasonable.

A great sushi venue near central station, this is a great express dining venue. Very quick and easy and always good quality food and still reasonably priced. Go inside for the sushi train or order off the menu either options are quality. They also do a miso soup and green tea deal at the counter.

This small shop near Central station features everything one would expect from a sushi shop sushi rolls, bento boxes, mixed sushi packages but it has something else, which makes it a must see for sushi lovers. Take a seat in the booth and there is a conveyor belt that rolls past you with different types of sushi on different colored plates. Choose what you want to try, and wait for your next course they just keep coming. When you have reached your fill, waive over the server and she will count your plates and present you with your bill. We found this experience awesome and relatively inexpensive. Highly recommend!!!

I didn't have much time for lunch today so I just ducked across the road to sushi hub, I was pretty happy with the taste and freshness especially the tuna and corn Inari. I will return.
