Native Hostel - Austin

This place is no longer a hostel, despite the common misconception. The staff, service, and drinks remain excellent. Be sure to ask for RJ or David!

I’ll never use my card there again. They put a $30 hold on a $5 drink, and after a couple of days, it's still pending. Never again!

I visit this place all the time for Sugar Baby's Plant Shop. It would be great if you didn’t replace the native area with a putt-putt course. Just look at Peter Pan Golf—do we really need another one? What we really need is a spot where we can buy plants and tattoos while enjoying a drink!

Please clean up the sidewalk adjacent to your property, the grass/weeds are often over 12in tall and there's litter everywhere because it's easier for bad people to dump trash in the tall weeds vs consistently cut grass...I know you don't cause the litter, but it does need to be cleaned up.

Normally a great bar and they almost always have something going on. Would give 4.5 stars if I could... 5 stars if they ever finally have a drink/cocktail menu! Update to 5: they got a drink menu today!
