Driskill Grill - Austin

The restaurant was fantastic! The bar was great, the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were top-notch. The scent in the rooms was surprisingly pleasant, and I was told it's a unique trademark of The Driskill. I've always wanted to stay there, and I'm so happy we did. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

We had our New Year's Eve wedding at The Driskill and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made! As Austin locals, we were familiar with The Driskill's history and when we got engaged, we knew we had to check it out as a potential venue. The Mez Ballroom sealed the deal for us, and the wedding package included 5 suites for the night of our wedding, along with other beautiful rooms. We had a large wedding with 220 guests, and The Driskill exceeded our expectations from the start. We worked with Hannah for the first 6 months of planning and then Kristin for the last 6 months, and both were exceptional. Despite the expense of our wedding, Kristin was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, even on her days off. The entire weekend of our wedding was magical, with Kristin and the entire staff going above and beyond to make our families and friends feel welcome. On the day of our wedding, the staff treated me like a princess, ensuring I always had a drink in hand and assisting with any wardrobe malfunctions. They made our wedding party feel at ease, and their exceptional service made having a wedding coordinator unnecessary. Whether for small, medium, or large weddings, I highly recommend The Driskill as a venue. Thank you to Kristin and the team for everything!

This hotel is top notch. It stands out from any other place I have visited. The bakery serves the most excellent cup of cappuccino I have ever tasted.

Just had drinks and snacks at the bar, always excellent service even when they are busy! Perfect food and drinks, beautiful Texas historic setting, doesn’t get any better!
