Better Half - Austin

This is a very laid back restaurant with only outside picnic tables. It was a beautiful day so no problem. I had a rose sangria which was perfect. And a great cheeseburger. And the loved the queso dip with pastrami. Very interesting and delicious! And the glazed doughnut holes for dessert. We didn’t need dinner. The whole experience was delightful.

Food was excellent. Seated quickly even though we were early and added two guests. Things to know: if you go in a group, they don't provide individual checks, they charge $3 for gluten free bun (without being sure you know the upcharge prior), and there is also no covered dining here so if it rains, you're SOL. Parking was actually pleasant/adequate. Despite some disappointments, I think I would return. Thank you.

Amazing brunch and our server and team were so cool! they had no water because of a roadwork, but they took us when they had wiped off furniture and gave us joyful and brekkie and also took care of our pup! this was a great opportunity to start our morning and was a wonderful part of our Austin trip. will be back :

Ribs and pasta were both fantastic and our server was excellent. server and coworkers have looked after us very well when a big storm was over and everyone was sitting outside. love this place!
