Barchi - Austin

This is a good choice for a sushi spot downtown. It serves up basic sushi fare but it is always consistent in quality and there is usually a seat available. We stopped in last night. BarChi did not disappoint. Our server, Jay, was phenomenal. He was very nice, coordinated and always smiling. Our food came out beautifully presented and on time. Highlights included king oyster mushrooms, tempura, spicy scallop handroll, and inari. After a dining fiasco at another restaurant the night prior, it was a pleasure to have Jay as our server. We will definitely come back.

Fabulous service and excellent food and happy hour! Calamari and my favorite, fried combo rice is the best! The rolls are also awesome!

The man at the bar w glasses (Reggie I think? slays. He's so nice every time I come in. HH menu is unmatched

No to bad! The food and drinks was good but the service is a little bit weird like they lifted my plate 3 seconds after my last piece! Oh! We was around 10 person and they wasted a lot time for the separates accounts, I recommended this place for couples no for a big plan. We take tempura sushi and a drink with guava o something like that and was really good.
