Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Austell

Management was terrible, had little to no customer service. We went to order a couple blizzards and he stood there on his phone at the register the whole first half. Then we had to repeat the whole order because he wasn't listening, not a great experience

I went to this establishment Friday to inquire about the cakes. I went into the store and a blonde woman that worked there was very rude! I paid for my purchase and she gave me a plastic bag and without even saying ?Have a nice day.? she hurried up andhurried into the back to gossip with the other females employee?s. I was trying to get a cake for my child?s birthday, but afterbeing treated so poorly I will not be giving this store any of my business. Was it because I was not white? This needs to beaddressed!

First off, they should be ashamed of their very very teeney weeney itty bitty $3.89 mini blizzard which was halfway frozen. In fact, the cashier's attitude was more frozen than the blizzard. The food was slightly cold had to heat the food up when I got tothe house. Haven't been to DQ in a decade thought I'd give it a try; now I see why. Never...again!!

To have only a cashier and one cook they did great with all orders and drive thru was a wait. My order was on point so no complaints at all I will return better than the one on Veterans Memorial.

I?ve gone here several times recently and usually it?s an ok experience however on today it was not. I ordered a chocolate shake for my daughter and the car in front of us had an order that took about 15-18 minutes. When we got to the window the person Iassume is a manger reaches to give me a melted shake.. when I asked if we could get another since we waited behind the previouscar almost 20 minutes he proceeded to yell about just making it when I could see it had been sitting and melting. Treat yourcustomers better sir!!
