Panera Bread Cafe 1988 - Austell

I left there after having a bad experience. Just went back today and the put the soup in the bag side ways and it spilled all over the floor when I removed it from the bag. Also, I ordered extra sauce on my sandwich and it has so much sauce that I can even eat the bread. They need new management.

Need a star to post, not for restaurant. This place is NASTY. Stepping around things all over the floor, mm mm. No service in ‘customer service’, just another ‘customer’ inputting your order. Only went here because my first choice was unexpectedly closed. Other ‘customer’ at the front counter was extremely unhelpful and didn’t want to be there, obviously. I’ve visited several locations in different states and this one is the worst. Sandwich also had extremely old greens in them, didn’t eat it. Waste of $15 for soup, chips, and drink. Won’t be back. Gross.

Rarely visit Panera, a bit pricey for my wallet, but dad was treating. Our order was wrong and the person at the pickup window was not trying to fix it (like the receipt boasts). Anyways, Sherry came over to check on us. She fixed the issue though. However, paying $28 for a couple sandwiches, one sweet tea, and 50% off cinnamon roll should warrant a clean dining room and accurate order. Looking at the reviews, this is a trend. Liked the music though!

I barely go to this Panera bread but this time I am not fond of it. I bought the margherita flatbread. The basil and tomato bell pepper sauce is missing, it's just cheese and tomatoes. When I order the pick two, the drive-through worker didn't even ask what I want for the side, I was just given a French bread. I didn't recognize that till I got home. Please do better.

Walked around 9:30 am, it was pretty empty, ordered a bagel and hubby got an egg and sausage sandwich. Got our food at 10:10am. Had the sandwich ready about 9:45 but no bagel, asked for our food gave me the cold sandwich which I gave back and said no too cold. Watched them toast my bagel and sat there for 20 minutes will they made a new sandwich. Will never go back to this location. Very bad management!
