rising Sun Hotel - Auburn

We went to The Rising Sun for dinner whilst staying in the Clare ValleyWe didn't even think to book, being a country pub.

A true old heritage small town classic pubFrom the roo pie to the panna cotta desert, everything was great.

We had a meal at this hotel a few weeks ago with friendsWe chose it because it had a good reputationBut we were disappointed.

It was a cold wintery night so we would have preferred to sit in the bar but were given a table in the hallway opposite a radiator. Duck spring rolls were a highlight, salad a bit over dressed, bangers

My husband and I stopped here after a long day of driving. We enjoyed the fresh ingredients, friendly staff and wonderful wines. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here.
