Apathetic service, I keep trying KFCs across the US hoping for great fried chicken like I used to find. However, this last one in Attalla AL continues to disappoint. Chicken breasts with no crispiness left whatever (greasy mess), greasy fries, best item was mashed potatoes. I used to love KFC...

Give me the Mac and Cheese!!! Some places have dropped it off their menu but y'all still have it and it is as good as ever. Love the chicken fingers as well.

Will the lobby ever be reopened? I was excited when kfc was reopened in attalla. When I came by and could eat there, I enjoyed it, but the lobby never seems to open. I called and nobody answered the phone. not everyone wants to order online and eat after home!
