Upbeet - Atlanta

Fantastic food, but frustrating to show up after ordering ahead and still wait 30 min after my order was supposed to be ready.

Unfortunately Grubhub doesn't have an option to alleviate certain things from your order and upbeet seems to not look at the comments on the order. It took me about 30 mins to get to upbeet and my order was not even made. The guy making the order avoided typically when you alleviate things from the order it takes money off but that didn't happen because Grubhub isn't set up for that and he didn't seem to care about me spending unnecessary money. This was not a good experience.

Did you guys change the packaging? I made sure to secure the lid before I shook up my salad to stir in the dressing and it ended up all over me/the floor :

I have nothing bad to say about this place! You can build yourself a delicious bowl with fresh and organic, healthy ingredients and not to mention the workers there are so friendly and patient! Has a nice spacious parking lot so makes it easier for parking despite the area being located in a busy area in west midtown. Would deff recommend!

I used to work the road down and drove almost weekly. I love making my own bowl here. the tofu is on point! but all the sweet are delicious, I really love upbeet! I'd give them 5 stars if I could.
