The smell as you walk in the best. The folks working the counter are super friendly and helpful. Also very patient as you decide on the last 2 donuts for your build a dozen. My only wish is for a store just like it on the east side. But the trip does make the donuts just that much more special.

The customer service was abysmal. Today, on 4/21, we visited for the buy 1 dozen, get the 2nd dozen for $2 deal. Shockingly, we were told it's only for rewards members. Instead of guiding us on how to access it through the app, they simply said we couldn't get it. Such indifferent employees will destroy businesses like this.

Who doesn't love a fresh HOT doughnut!....love this place.

This place sucks. Asked for a crème filled doughnut and they gave me custard. Why can’t I just get what I ordered and why does the lady taking my order have to be rude? Money down the drain

We can in today 2/29 for donuts. The customer service was horrible. Never going back. The girls at the drive thru and the front of the store have no customer service skills. If they are that unhappy they should find another job! Also heard the girl with the mask on and headpiece say she dropped the donut stick and proceed to use it for the customers at the window! Employees like this are what are ruining businesses everywhere!
