Wendy's - Athens

This isn't my first visit to this Wendy's, and while I've always had a pleasant experience, today's visit was truly exceptional! The friendliness of the employees here exceeds typical customer service. They really brightened up what could have been a gloomy day! Thank you, Luke and Cyle!

This is one of the better Wendy's locations, especially when it comes to food quality and customer service.

Honestly, this is my favorite Wendy's! I'll go out of my way to drive here, even if it means traveling an hour. My orders are always fresh, hot, and exactly as I requested.

Put them into a mobile order, and if I got there ~20 minutes later, they could not command because the system was restarted. the dame in the window tried to tell me that she could not give me a refund, but then she saw the order and suddenly decided that she could. I assume her original plan was to sit there while she made the order that completely defeated the purpose of ordering, but decided it was too much work. it was a waste of time, gas and rewards points and it is not worth trying again. don't waste your time here.
