Taco Bell - Athens

It doesn't cost anything to be kind and polite. If I'm nice to you and say thank you, instead of just looking at me and closing the window in my face, you could respond with "you're welcome" or "have a nice day."

I ordered a cravings box that included a grilled cheese burrito and two Doritos tacos. The taco shells were perfectly crunchy, unlike at other Taco Bell locations where they often serve soggy shells. The burrito was nicely toasted on both sides and absolutely delicious. At other Taco Bells, I usually get a greasy burrito with hardly any toasting. This was by far the best Taco Bell experience I've ever had, and my food was ready in just two minutes!

I’m really disappointed that the employees were just standing around chatting and managed to mess up my order so badly that I had to ask for a refund and leave after waiting for 10 minutes. I’ve been here before, and my experience was similar. I won’t be returning. It’s unacceptable for anyone handling food to be this incompetent.

This is one of the best Taco Bells. Food is always good and they have never messed up my order.Vegetarian options: The black beans can be substituted in anything.
