Burger King - Athens

I waited a long time for my food at the restaurant, hoping to avoid pickles and ketchup. After standing in line, I finally received my cheeseburger, but I couldn't eat it due to my dairy-free diet. Additionally, the paprika shouldn't have been included in the first place. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service.

This restaurant is astonishingly unprofessional. It seems that they pay their staff unreasonably low wages, which might explain why they have employees who genuinely try but ultimately struggle to manage a restaurant that isn't properly staffed. I feel sorry for them.

I'm usually not a fast food fan, but I stopped at Burger King yesterday for a quick meal. The line to order was long, so I decided to go inside where there were fewer customers. As soon as I placed my order, a loud argument broke out between two employees in the back. They were clearly visible to customers, and everything they said was audible in the restaurant. One of them eventually calmed down, but the other continued to yell and curse while the cashier tried her best to defuse the situation. She urged her coworker to return to work and reminded her that there were customers waiting for their orders. One of the two workers involved in the dispute left the area and walked through the play area, while the other remained upset and ignored the attempts to calm her down, eventually leaving through the entrance door. Meanwhile, I had requested a refund for my order, but I had to wait for another employee to complete that transaction. The coworker who had left returned just as my refund was processed, and I was finally able to leave.

I tried to drive the service was the driving dame outside, smoking a cigarette and told me it would be 7 minutes before she could take my order. we're gone and don't come back.

Got a whopper meal with sweet tea and everything was horrible. The fries tasted like they had no salt and just tasted like potato. The sweet tea tasted like it went sour hours ago and my whopper was cold and the whole thing tasted like onions. Barely took 2 bites and felt sick. Definitely do not recommend this place.
