Alumni Cookie Dough - Athens

I almost feel bad because the staff was really nice but the cookie dough was much too rich and the cookie ice cream was meh. The cookie itself was soft but the flavor tasted no better than grocery store cookies. The vanilla ice cream was very plain and thechocolate ice cream was even worse. I?m not sure about the hype because I wasn?t impressed. The do donate some of their moneytowards charities in the communities so that?s something? I?d never go back.

Owner has several unfortunate opinions and biases against good, hardworking people. Do not recommend this business

This is a cute little shop in the downtown Athens area. Cute decor for true Dawg fans.All cookie dough is edible and made without eggs and flour. We had a scoop ice cream and a scoop chocolate chips cookie in and the combination was excellent. My son had the same but in the form of a milkshake. They will let you sample all the flavors so I also tried the peanut butter. It was really good, but I stuck with the traditional chocolate chip. Service was quick and friendly.
