Ralph's Famous Italian Ices - Astoria

Great place with outdoor window service. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the menu choices were somewhat limited. It's a good spot to grab a quick and refreshing snack while enjoying your icy treat.

Wow! Watch out, Lemon Ice King of Corona, because these guys are making a strong entrance into your territory. They are quickly becoming the new leaders in the frozen treat game. From the very first bite, I could tell they were a winner. Just forget about it!

Taste like fake sugar and chocolate and has little bits of what feel like paper in it! They also have 50 flavors that are always out of stock.

Why do they never have anything in stock? This is the third time we’ve been in a few months and each time they’re at least 50% out of stock. Corporate please do better.

Poor customer service and never fully stocked. You wait on a long line just to be told they have very limited flavors available. They didn’t even have vanilla! I definitely do not recommend this location.
