Wein-Steiger very knowledgeable and helpful. but the quality of the food does not match the price. the Asian lobster balls were simply in order. the escargot trembles a terrible misstep teig, bleach, over fried. steaks were cooked nicely, but homemade steak sauce is a ham handed version of a BBQ sauce that overwhelms the steaks. salate was sour and salty, delicate greens drowned at the dressur. olanthe corn side dish tasted only of mushrooms, not of maize grilled summer squash were better. both cost $10. I don't pay $300 for an dinner for two, but if I, I expect all the top notch. it wasn't here.
The speck was delicious and had a great presentation. the entries were both good (salmon and ravioli.) but we ordered a side to go with the meal and it was not delivered until we were almost finished with the meal. overall, I would go back, but only for a special occasion.
Our experience in aspen kitchen was amazing. the food was really delicious and the service was very nice and excellent.
It was our first time there. we really enjoyed everything about “kitchen” and will be back.
Wonderful options, no problem splitting each course so we could try more and not be stuffed!
