Great brunch place! everything we ordered was amazing and the service was also good. the cookies are large and delicate. I often bless the Pimento cheese. the Pimento cheese is something of the best I ever had. their jam and jelly are also very good. I loved the pfirsich rosmarin enough to take a glass home and have to come back for more. this was a great place to refuel before a day of hiking.

When we made the typical tourist ding, we went to a popular local hang. we were pleasantly surprised with the delicious breakfast. the cookies are the star. we got the fried green tomatenbiscuit, which had some interesting aromen, but a tomate was underdonated and a poached ei overdone. the filthy animal biscuit was fantastic with classic southern aromen, especially the speck and pimento cheese gravur. in any case recommend. the caramel lattes were super icy or hot. the staff was friendly and helpful. when they visit west asheville, they make this a stop.

I was in west asheville and my mother recommended me biscuit head, so I decided to turn on. I have the cookie-french toast and it was amazing! the outside of the toast pieces was crispy, while the inner was fluffy and soft. I also have the lavender honey latte. I am always careful with lavender coffee, because sometimes the floral taste is too strong or not good with the beans, but this was well balanced and delicious. the prices were quite good for a restaurant like this.

If in ashville nc this place has to be one! there is a line, but it moves fast, homemade hot sauces and jams u can also buy. you're going to go away. I and my wife meet the owner really up to the earth person .go for the dirty animal she wants to see it on the menu.

Biscuit Head was the start of the Foodie road trip my girlfriend and I took today around the Asheville area. She had the Country ham biscuit sandwich...and of course myself, the Filthy Animal biscuit sandwich. What else can I say.. Fried chicken, perfectly crisped bacon, pimento cheese, the country gravy, and oh yeah, a biscuit the size of your plate.... Drop the mic Oh, and the chocolate milk; Pretty sure it's just Hershey's syrup, but as we all learned when we were kids, there's a science to combining the exact, perfect amount of syrup to milk ratio. Great start to the day, and I feel I should mention as well that the service was super quick, when time is essential.
