Chipotle Mexican Grill - Ashburn

Placed an order for carry out and they put the wrong beans on one of my burrito bowls. Didn't realize it until I got home I have been trying to call for three days and they never pick up their phone. Very disappointed because no one in my house cound eat it due to allergies. I just want a refund for the one bowl. Maybe someone will see this review and get in contact with me.

I ordered a bowl with chicken and I received something completely different. I couldn't even eat my food this was so frustrating. Chipotle, do better. I need my money back

Every time I order a burrito, it is made as if they squished everything together to where most of the food that is supposed to be on the inside is on the outside?!?! Also, I just ordered today, 10/6/2022, a burrito and got a bowl?!? How is that and why...ordered a side of chips with guacamole, and this is how fresh the guacamole was...see the picture! I thought their motto was everything new?!?!? Almost black guacamole?!?! I am the wrong one...I keep going back, mainly for convenience. I hope this helps you guys make up your mind.

I have eaten at this location for the last 3 days and my food has been delicious every time. My complements to Marbeli Melendez and her caring and hard-working staff. I could honestly eat here every day. Thank you for being patient and kind to your customers ??
