I hate going to this dunkin. They have made probably 1 or 2 coffees correctly when I am dumb enough to order one. Iced coffee is always filled to the brim with ice. I specifically ask for less ice to avoid this and I watched the employee fill my drink with ice, put the coffee in about 3/4 full and then top off my ice with more ice. I wouldve asked them to remake it, but the staff there have been rude to me in the past and ive noticed that the coffee tends to get worse when I ask for it to be remade. Only thing I don't mind buying here is a sandwich on the go if I don't mind waiting. Lines are always long because of understaffed issues. Not the employees fault on that one

My go to coffee stop everyday before work. Tasha is always there with a smile. She knows my complicated order by heart and makes the best coffee ever!! Love having her make my coffee and my drive into work so much better!! Best way to start my day!
