Lola's European Cafe - Asbury Park

While there is a series of non-traditional Gelato flavor, captain crunch, anyone?, that's really good even though I like it a little denser. I had mint chip and stracciatella, very generously decorated in a 6 medium size cup and really loved it. my wife had the tiramisu and the mentioned captain crunch and was equally satisfied. coffee and other coffee-type items are also available, but we did not try them out.

What a great place! friendly staff. great eating. and gelato as you are in italy! had the cheese and top board and a chicken salad panini. the presentation of the board was absolutely beautiful and the chicken salad was also excellent. Coffee menu looks great. but too late for coffee. next time! sitting in the open are charming and the interieur is so well done! have seen the owner. scott, who was super nice! we will come back to asbury at any time!

The restaurant offers a variety of unique gelato flavors, such as Captain Crunch, which was very good. However, I prefer my gelato to be a bit more dense. I ordered mint chip and stracciatella, which were generously topped in a $6 medium cup and I really enjoyed them. My wife tried the tiramisu and Captain Crunch flavors and was equally pleased. They also offer coffee and other coffee-based items, but we did not sample them.

What a wonderful experience! This cafe is truly authentic with delicious treats. We tried the affogato and it did not disappoint. The bartender/barista was friendly and knowledgeable.

The atmosphere is fantastic, the drinks are delicious, and the gelato is top-notch. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
