Cardinal Provisions - Asbury Park

We visited this charming little spot and were greeted with warm smiles as soon as we arrived. There was no wait, so we were seated right away. We ordered our drinks, and I was pleased to find they offer oat milk for coffee. A very sweet, pregnant waitress recommended I try the vegan sub, and I’m so glad I did! Being from California, I'm used to tofu being a common part of our meals, but this sub had an incredible flavor—almost like turkey! My family loved it as well. And I have to mention, the bathroom was exceptionally clean! Plus, there’s street parking available.

This place is definitely in my top three favorite brunch spots! The menu has such great options, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. One of my favorite dishes is their chicken and waffles—absolutely a thousand out of ten, it's a chef's kiss! And when they offer their campfire coffee, be sure to grab it! I honestly can’t say anything negative about this place.

One of my favorite spots in Asbury Park! The food is consistently excellent, and the service is fantastic. Clarisse is always attentive and wonderful. Overall, I rate the food 4 out of 5, the service 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere 4 out of 5.

The restaurant certainly lived up to its stellar reputation. Every dish we tried was exquisite. I want to give a special shout-out to Melanie C for her exceptional service!
