Dunkin' - Arlington Heights

The drive-thru employee, Abhi, was quite rude. There’s no reason to use profanity toward customers. I was trying to figure out how to use my rewards scan, which is new to me, and your attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful.

This is a fantastic Dunkin' location! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the sandwiches were cooked to perfection. I would gladly go out of my way to visit this spot again.

Terrible experience. The Indian staff in the kitchen burned the hash brown to the point of being charred. I don't understand how that happens when it's not even made fresh; they simply microwaved it. They really need to improve and stop serving burnt food to customers.

This is the best and most consistent Dunkin I?ve been to. My wife and I mobile order for pickup all the time and the drinks are always ready when we get there and are made right. I?ll go out of my way to stop at this one rather than others in the area.

They told me they will give me a sugar free coffee, but its friggin? loaded with sugar and I cant drink it
