At 130Pm, they just decided to close the diner to make you go thru the drive thru for no reason other than they didn't want to deal with it. Also they had a few diners and employees in there with the doors locked which is illegal under city fire code. Even says on the door, All doors must stay unlocked under business hours. Manager should be held accountable.
If I could give this restaurant, I would. I have never experienced this kind of service where they refused to update my menu item, and I will pay the difference. They literally argued with me and refused to sell my stuff. Rude individuals refuse to give me their names, help me whatever. If this is the face of Fort Worth, I never want to be in Fort Worth again. Because this is a terrible customer service, the manager said her name was Tamika. She doesn't know what a good customer service is! Very terrible experience. Do not shop in this restaurant.
They ran from Asiago cheese for their new menu item. That was not the real problem. The whole kitchen team was on the counter when they called me to tell me they ran out of cheese. Odd, but okay. While the whole staff was circled behind the counter, the manager came and asked if I wanted another cheese. I also told her we came for the Asiago. She asked what we wanted, so I said a refund. She filled up, don't you want any other cheese? I said again, no. While he was audible and seemingly annoyed, he reimbursed the sandwiches concerned. Do not be annoyed by customers who come for a particular advertised product and that they do not want to replace a lesser item because you do not keep your inventory right.
I tell you what those employees are the prime example of how to run a drive thru. We are talking 5 min max wait time on lunch rush. You guys and gals really set the bar high well done. Everyone needs a raise in there.Food: 5/5
