They keep changing their food recipes… One day Chicken tortilla soups has different ingredients than the day before. Not consistent with the recipe and portions.. chicken sandwich one day is different and the next you can get half the portion and flavor way out of line.

Everything was good until the bartender, me and my friends had a good time “with the red head girl” in the words of the bartender.The bartender didn’t even want to serve me just because people wasn’t entertaining her, we paid , we had our card back, and only thing we was doing was turning in our tab “signed” and she told us “take it to the red hair girl.

Very disappointing. My family has been eating Zona wings for about 4 years now and I figure it would be great if me and some friends got some while I was back in town. No. I know it’s a lot but please read until the end. We walk in and they ask us to choose our table so we choose the booth. Although looked clean from the front, completely filthy with sticky grime all over the table, but we over look it. The waiter comes over and asks us for drinks and we all get waters. My water comes and has some kind of mystery sauce all over the top of the cup and food particles stuck to the inside of the cup. I ask the waiter respectfully for another cup and she offers to just wipe it off with a napkin. Seriously!? I ask for another water again and she is now irritated with me with subliminal non verbals. My friend then asks for chicken tenders with fries and another asks for fried pickles as a an appetizer. The appetizer never came even up until we left. When the food came, the fries were immediately cold, like… cold cold. And the chicken tenders although smelled good, they were cold on the inside. Man what is this some hot/cold chicken special? We immediately offer a refund and the manager… THE MANAGER came over and asked what was wrong and we told her about the food, service and horrible attitude of our waiter and she went to process the refund and SHE even rolled her eyes so far up I thought they were gonna get stuck. The only good thing was the understanding officer that was present at the time. This is my first review ever and I’m coming from the military, where we have horrible conditions in the field but this… this I wasn’t gonna stand for. If it wasn’t for that officer I would’ve even be writing this and I’m not here to deter anyone from Zona. But Zona… do better. This is not only nasty and grimy, but disrespectful.

Wouldn’t want to be any other place than here with my friends, and the vibes.

The security when entering is normal, the service is terrible, it took more than 45 minutes to prepare an order, the taste of the food is nothing out of this world basic quality, the waitress was attentive when asking if we needed anything else and serving the table . I hope they improve Kid-friendliness: not suitable for children Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
