Enjera - Arlington

Our experience at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. Both of us were new to Ethiopian cuisine, but we left as big fans. We enjoyed it so much that we plan to look for similar restaurants in Arizona and even try to recreate the dishes at home. Trust us, you won't regret going!

The portion sizes at this restaurant are fantastic and the flavors are amazing! It's a perfect spot to satisfy your Ethiopian food cravings. We ordered the meat lovers combo for 2 and it was enough to share between 3 people! We also tried the lentil sambusa, which comes with 2 pieces per order. As you can see from the photos, we finished our plates completely clean.

The Derek tips at Enjera are top-notch! I usually go to Zenebek in Adams Morgan when flying into DCA, but decided to try something new this time. And I'm glad I did! The salad was surprisingly delicious, with an amazing dressing. The red lentils, green beans, and cabbage that followed were all exceptionally tasty. I will definitely be making Enjera a part of my tradition when flying in and out of DCA.

First time having Ethiopian food and the staff was very helpful in introducing things to try. The platters were very good, but to be completely honest inerja might not be my cup of tea. Doesn't take away from the deliciousness of the food, and good service, just my personal preference.

We had the most INCREDIBLE experience here! I couldn?t get enough. The only criticism I have of this place is that the food is so good, and there?s so much of it, that it?s almost impossible NOT to end up in a food coma! For real though, if you?ve never had Ethiopian food, give it a try. Enjera is also very reasonably priced.
