Chick-fil-a - Arlington

This mall location of Chik fil A is very chaotic during the lunch hour, I think they need to streamline their operations a bit to help out with this. The employees have got to be stressed out daily.Food: 3/5

Order online for a single order of a sandwich and fries 10-15 minutes ahead, still have to wait 5-10 minutes… No line, just employees talking to each otherFood: 3/5

This location is aight. My food was warm but the employees took really long but it was a crowded day so I don’t blame them.

Visited around 8:00 AM. The air smelled a bit like rancid milk inside. The servers weren't super friendly by CFA standards. But the chicken biscuit breakfast hit the spot.Food: 5/5

Not sure what happened here, used to be great for pickup or for ordering at the counter. Now it’s unbelievably (and uncharacteristically) slow. Like 15+ mins for chicken nuggets, etc.
