Burger King - Arlington

Stopped by around 9:30 am and the employees are too lazy to make a whopper. The cashier told me they were only doing breakfast. Last I checked, it is an option for breakfast and actually on your menu as the #13 combo. Won't go back to a restaurant that's too lazy to honor their own menu

STAY AWAY!! The worst BK I have ever been to in my life. I went through the drive-thru and the wall and window were so dirty It looked like someone threw up on it. The creamer curdled in my coffee. The order was wrong. The food gave me diarrhea. They need to tear this building down!

I went through the drive-thru today, 4/11/22 at about 7:00 PM and ordered a Whopper with onion rings. They said there were no onion rings, only fries. I said no, just the burger. I drove up to the window and waited more than a few minutes for anyone to show up. I handed the woman my card and she returned with my card and my bag. As I drove off, I realized that I didn 't get a receipt. I blew it off because it was only a burger. I got home and checked my bank account and they charged me $21.12 for a Whopper. The worst thing is that I don 't even have the receipt to show what really happened. I tried to call the store and the phone number shown online is never answered. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! As Dante said, Abandon all hope ye who enter here.

0 STARS!! When my order was wrong, we drove all the way back to just simply get a refund. Was not looking to place blame or go back and forth with anyone over a burger, just wanted to get our money back and carry on. The shift manager after putting on a polite front for about 2 seconds... she apparently was not happy with my decision to get a refund and made an uncalled for remark and slang attitude better than she slang my burger. Super uncalled for and disrespectful.
