Mangelire - Arles

We dropped in for a vegetarian lunch. I had the beet salad, falafels, olive tamponade, potato au gratin with bernaise sauce, quiche with zucchini, and a green salad. It was was all flavorful and the beet salad was the best I've had. I don't know how they make it so crunchy. My friend had the littlest raviolis du dauphine which were delicious. Paired with a local Arles organic cider which was also good. The waiter was very nice and helpful. They have been in business for 19 years.

Dinner in Arles. Super nice staff and very good food. But the choice of limited dishes that does not change so strong to become a faithful customer.
