Great Khan's Mongolian Festival

Delicious, they add a small amount of noodles but the wok guys are excellent with the cooking, it ends up tasting great!

I won't go back to this place again for sure. The owner is so rude. After dropped by today, I saw the owner dropped a fork on the dirty counter and put it back to it place like nothing happened. Really!!! Don't you even concern about the hygiene, especially when the Coronavirus outbreak!!!!

Terrible food!! They also restrict the food you can get. Too expensive for what they give. Going to Sarku next time.

Great Khan is no longer great. They've changed names and assuming owners as well. This was ALWAYS my go to place when in Westfield Mall Santa Anita) With this being said Red arm or Red hand whatever it's called MISSED the mark on ALL LEVELS. The flavor is gone, and the sauce are FLAVORLESS. I can't think of anything good to say about this place other than reconsider your business, if you took over Great Khans location and concept you should've asked for the recipe. Total MISS and WASTE of money.

I have to say the food is good, but I CAN'T STAND THIS MANAGER. He is not only very RUDE to his own employees but also those customers. He's on his PHONE and IGNORED your request. He won't even look at the customers and just THREW the bowl, receipt and pen AT ME. wtf. The service is horrible. He'll give you a DIRTY look if you ask for a hot source, cup of water, or napkins. That manager/ casher should NOT be allowed to work in that restaurant.
