I had a negative experience at this Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was very dirty, and I had to clean my own table before eating. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper, and even when it was restocked, it was left in a messy state. Overall, I found this location to be sloppy and I do not plan on returning. I prefer the Chick-fil-A in Eagan, as it is much better in terms of cleanliness and service quality. I got splattered by a ketchup packet at this restaurant. The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. I recommend trying the Chick-Fil-A Waffle Potato Fries and Chick-Fil-A Nuggets. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

I have always had great service at this location, order is always correct till this past Monday 8/21. Got my order in the drive thru and as I was pulling away I noticed my waffle fries were not in the bag, so I parked and went inside, was given my fries with an apology. Get to our destination and then realize the milk we ordered was not put in our bag. The gentleman at the drive thru looked in our bag prior to handing it to us, but obviously he did really check to ensure it was correct, since 2 items were missing.
