Panera Bread - Apple Valley

I would advise against driving to this restaurant until they improve their efficiency. They have two designated parking spots for drive-through orders, but they are not utilizing them effectively. I waited over 10 minutes behind 3 cars, only to find that my online order was cold on the counter. It appeared that a car was holding up the entire process. They should just have cars park in the designated spots. At one point, I gave up waiting in line and went inside to retrieve my food (parked in one of the empty drive-through spots). Unfortunately, the food was cold by the time we received it. If an order is not ready when the customer reaches the window, they should be asked to park in the designated spots. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but customers will stop coming if their food is consistently cold after spending $10 on a meal. I don't mind waiting for my food to be prepared, but I would prefer not to come to the window and find it already cold. I have experience working at a restaurant with a drive-through, and this is the proper protocol that needs to be followed.

It's panera, but slow. the employees tried their best, but as everywhere else, the management has to hire more people or better plan operations around the capacity. we ordered a 1220 pickup and our food was not ready until just past 1 347 from 20.12.2013, p. 1). Nobody apologized or came out or something.

At our first visit in the new apple valley we were satisfied with our experience. the cashier ian was very friendly and helpful, we ensured that they use their drinks and dessert specialties with a purchase. my wife ordered the [thai huhn] suppe and [sesam huhn] salatkamm, I ordered the speck truthahn bravo plus chicken and wild rice soup, and my sons order the grilled cheese mac cheese sandwich and bbq chicken sandwich [all with chip and drink with the youngest ones were very much.] I am really a fan of her loaded limonasides after I tried the strawberry mint, fuji apfel cranberry, I warn too much of a fan of those, but on a mix of the agave limonaid mango yuzu citrus yum! the atmosphere of the restaurant, the dining options and the service were all excellent, and ill definitiw again many times in the future.

I ordered for quick pick up, but it's far away from fast. the workers in the back are completely fluffed and worked over, the journey through the lane is locked so that they are sitting at the end of the window until they notice by someone to get their order. When someone came into the window, I'll wait 7 minutes in the window. then I was told that my order would not be ready for “a long time since we are very underoccupied”. I do not accuse the staff, and the worker I spoke with was very apologetic about the situation. still was not the fastest experience, and do not recommend by the journey through ever!

We've gone to this location twice now. First time, they gave me wrong order but with my correct name. I didn't check it until I got to my destination. Called and manager said they'd send me some coupons...I never received them. Today, placed an order at 6pm for rapid pickup. Waited until 650 but then gave up and asked for a refund. The person who helped didn't seem bothered or even slightly disappointed. Instead, we went to local sandwich shop. Order was fast and 100 percent accurate and they thanked me for my purchase.
